Reservation Information
 | All rates subject to Hawaii State tax.

| Reservations must be secured by a $500 reservation/security deposit
|
| All balances are due 30 days prior to arrival date for low and mid season, 60 days
prior to arrival date for high and shoulder seasons.
|
| All rooms must have at least one occupant 21 years or older.
|
| Check-in time 3pm check-out time 11am.
|
| Price subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
|
Once balance is paid in full, a refund is only available if those nights
can be re-rented. Every effort to re-rent those nights will be made.
|
|
If a full re-renting of those nights is made, a $100 cancellation and bookkeeping
fee will be retained. All other funds will be returned.
|
|
If only the initial reservation/security deposit of $500 is received and cancellation is made,
then re-renting will be attempted. If full re-renting does not occur, your maximum
loss is the initial deposit amount. Again, a $100 cancellation fee will apply
even if full re-renting occurs.

Security Deposit
|
A security deposit of $500 will be added to the full rental amount for the reservation. Upon an inspection by our cleaning & maintenance staff that no damage has occurred or
items are missing, the security deposit will be returned. Should damage be detected during inspection, a professional estimate will be obtained and remaining funds will be returned. If damage
should exceed the security deposit, the recovery for the balance will be persused through legal avenues.
